Privacy Policy

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC), the Service Provider collects and processes the personal data of the User/Client in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, and only those data that are necessary for the performance of the service agreed between the Service Provider and the User/Client.

1. Types of Personal Data Collected and Processed

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable legal or natural person; A user/client whose identity may be established is a natural or legal person who may be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by identifiers such as name, surname, personal identification number, location data, PIN, telephone/mobile number, email address, online identifier or by one or more factors constituting the physical, psychological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of an individual.

Access to the Services through the Site does not require registration or the creation of a user account through which personal data would be disclosed. When using the service(s), the Service Provider shall use the personal data of a natural or legal person, solely for the purpose of achieving mutually agreed cooperation. When using the services, it is necessary to send or otherwise disclose the name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, home address, and data, documents or images relating to the service “Online Invitation” and “Invitation Response” (several photos of the User/Client, information about the event of the User/Client, the e-mail address to which the guests respond) or to other services such as photography, recording, drone shooting, etc. If the User/Client decides not to send or disclose this information, the Service Provider will not be able to provide the service “Online Invitation” and “Invitation Response” or other services. Personal data are processed solely for the purposes of which the User/Client has been informed and are collected at the time of data collection solely for the purposes of achieving cooperation and are not transferred to third parties.

For the services of organizing any kind of lecture or education that Cinemartweddings.com has in its offer through the online form, the necessary data for the participation of participants in the Masterclass, course, education or lecture to which the User/Client independently applies by accessing the website are processed. Data such as name and surname, telephone, address, city, postal code, e-mail address, company information, company address, telephone, OIB, company city and account number from which the User/Client pays their reservation are processed solely for the purpose of registering participants and booking them a place to attend the education, Masterclass, lectures or the like.

2. Use of personal data

Personal data is used exclusively for the performance of services that are within the scope of the Provider's activities or for technical purposes in the administration of the Website, the User's/Client's user account, in communication with the User/Client and in the production of any statistical data, offers, invoices, contracts, photos, videos, when processing documentation submitted for the performance of the Provider's services. Personal information will in no case be disclosed to third parties except with the express consent of the User/Customer. The service provider decides independently which data it will need to perform the service. In the event that the data is not provided, it is possible that the Service Provider will not be able to fulfill its obligations and establish a business relationship with the User/Client.

The User/Client has the right at any time to request from the Provider access to his/her personal data, correction of his/her personal data or deletion of his/her data.

Requests for access to data, correction or deletion of personal data may be made by the User/Client via the contact form on the Service Provider's website or at the address info@cinemartweddings.com. These requests may include a request to provide information on how the Service Provider processes the data, for what purpose, i.e. the User/Client may request that the data be amended or updated if they are inaccurate or incomplete, and to delete the data. The service provider is obliged to process such a request as soon as possible, and no later than one month from receipt. This period may be extended to two months in the event of a heavy burden on the Service Provider, which must be communicated to the User/Client as soon as possible.

3. Consent

When arranging a business relationship with the Service Provider, as well as when sending general inquiries, requests for quotations or service offers, when signing up for any kind of education, Masterclass or lectures, the User/Client who is a natural or legal person gives consent to the Service Provider to process those personal data that are necessary for the processing of requests, namely name and surname, e-mail address(es), home/business address, telephone, e-mail address, account number from which payment is made, city, company ID number, consent to photographing and video recording grants the rights to publish photos and recordings owned by the User/Client and data, documents or photos relating to the service “Online Invitation” and “Invitation Response” (several photos of the User/Client, information about the User/Client event, the e-mail address to which the invited persons appear), i.e. all those data that are necessary in order to create a legally valid invoice/cond/contract, photographing, recording, holding a course, lecture, education, Masterclass posting on behalf of the Client on the Website or any other service in order for the Service Provider to deliver the requested services or the like. In case of delivery of any paper material, we also use the postal address of the User/Client/Recipient.

When requesting information about services, the User/Client who is a private or legal person gives consent to the Service Provider to use personal data to create an offer or order any service that the User/Client delivers either through an e-mail address, postal address, through any of the social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.) or similar portals. The User/Client gives consent to permanently store the provided personal data in our system for the purpose of additional future information to the User/Client about new or changed services, offers or prices of the Service Provider. Also, by publishing job vacancies advertised through digital channels through social networks, on the Service Provider's website or on appropriate job vacancy announcement portals, Users/Clients who are legal or natural persons who submit their applications for job vacancies, which include CVs with personal data, send by email, social network channels or through postal services who wish to cooperate with the Service Provider, give consent to the use of their personal data that is legally necessary for the conclusion of a cooperation agreement or the provision of any service by the Service Provider. Such personal data is permanently stored in our system so that we can achieve additional cooperation and contacts for future business.

4. Complaint

In case of suspicion of misuse or withholding of data, the User/Client has the right to send a complaint to the Service Provider by email: info@cinemartweddings.com.

5. Deletion of personal data

The User/Client has the right to request the deletion of personal data from the Service Provider. Such a request can be made via the contact form on the Service Provider's website or at the address info@cinemartweddings.com. The service provider is obliged to process this request as soon as possible, but no longer than one month from receipt. This period may be extended to two months in the event of a heavy burden on the Service Provider, which must be communicated to the User/Client as soon as possible. The Service Provider shall immediately cease all further processing and notify the User/Customer thereof. If the Service Provider is unable to perform its contractual obligations to the User/Client due to the interruption of data processing, it will not bear any responsibility towards the User/Client for non-performance or any damage caused by non-performance, while the User/Client will be responsible for all costs incurred by the Service Provider.

When the User/Client requests the deletion of any of his/her data, all collected data about the User/Client are immediately and permanently deleted.

6. Newsletter

By giving consent to the processing of personal data of the User/Client who is a legal or natural person, and for the purpose of creating an offer/invoice/contract, performing any service of the Provider, the User/Client gives consent and consent to send an e-mail newsletter/leaflets/notifications about services, news and changes in the prices and work of the Provider, special offers, new services, legal changes, greeting cards, humanitarian actions, prize competitions and other activities of the Provider, as well as articles of interest, expert advice and other relevant content that we publish on our websites through the Provider's own email system or using other online systems for group sending e-mail messages (Mailchimp). The Recipient/User/Client of the e-leaflet/Newsletter/Notification Service Provider has the right at any time to request deletion from the list of recipients of the e-leaflet/Newsletter/Notification Service Provider by using the unsubscribe link in any e-leaflet/Newsletter/Notification you receive from us (at the bottom of the page) or by sending a request for deletion of data to info@cinemartweddings.com. The Provider uses the Mailchimp platform or a standard email system to manage e-leaflet/newsletters/notifications submissions, which, in accordance with the contract with the Provider, is the data processor and acts solely on our behalf and takes all necessary measures to protect personal data. 6. Automatic recording of information (non-personal information).

Each access to the Service Provider's pages automatically records some information of a general nature that is not considered personal data (user/client's browser, number of visits, pages visited, average time of visit per page, etc.). The information collected in this way is important for the Service Provider because it is used to measure interest in the content of the site, to improve the content and user experience. This information is not passed on to third parties.

7. Cookies

The Service Provider's pages use so-called "cookies" - data that a web server sends to a browser, which it records on the disk of a local computer. Cookies are small passive text files and are located in the browser's memory when it is active, or in a special directory of the hard disk (Temporary Internet Folder) when the browser is turned off. Cookies are used to maintain status information as you move around different pages or return to a website.

Cookies do not contain any personal information and cannot be used to run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. Cookies do not work maliciously on the system. They are not programs, nor plug-ins, nor spam (unsolicited mail). They don't spread viruses and they're not viruses. They do not read the data on your computer in order to pass it on to a third party. They are completely harmless, and without them some complex web applications cannot work.

The Service Provider's pages are connected to Google Analytics and require third-party cookies in Google Analytics to create statistics. Data about how users use our site may from time to time be collected using other tools similar to Google Analytics. If you do not agree to their use, you can easily delete or disable cookies on your computer or mobile device using your browser settings. Since the purpose of cookies is to improve the user experience, make sure that by deleting or disabling cookies you can also disable some of the functionality of the page or the appearance of the page in your browser.

8. Safety

The Service Provider shall take all available measures to ensure the security of personal data. The personal data of the User/Client are systematically protected against loss, destruction, forgery, manipulation and unauthorized access or unauthorized disclosure.
