1. General provisions
Cinemart Weddings via its website on the domain www.cinemartweddings.com provides the service of offering photographing and filming, as well as filming and photographing using a drone, which mediate in accessing the network or store the User's data, as well as managing the content of the said website.
These Terms of Use govern the terms and conditions for the use of this website. Terms and conditions are published in Croatian language.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the User of the Service is any natural person over 18 years of age or legal entity on whose behalf the Website is used by a person over 18 years of age.
By using the website, the User confirms that he is familiar with the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy of the website and undertakes to use it exclusively in accordance with the above rules.
The user of the website uses it in his own name and for his own account and is personally responsible for protecting the confidentiality of passwords that may be necessary when using the website.

For technical maintenance or to remedy any problems during the maintenance of its website, Cinemart Weddings reserves the right to disable the website or access to it, which may result in the termination of the service for which Cinemart Weddings is not responsible. All communication with Users implies that at the time of contacting Cinemart Weddings, you give consent for the use of personal data, solely for the purpose of achieving cooperation. The information you will disclose and we will use is your first and last name, address, city, phone number, email address and everything else you need to offer your services. By contracting any service, you grant the right and consent to the use of your personal photos and videos and to the use of information about the guests (in the “Wedding Invitation” and “Invitation Response” services). By contracting photography and recording services, all Cinemart Weddings materials are protected by copyright in accordance with the Copyright and Related Rights Act, OG 111/21 of 22.10.2021.
3. Applicable law
Cinemart Weddings is registered with the Commercial Court in Rijeka of the Republic of Croatia and in performing its registered activities applies the positive legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia and applicable supranational EU regulations.
Any disputes that may arise in connection with the use of this website and these rules and conditions, the parties will try to resolve amicably, in accordance with the relevant regulations applicable in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, and in the event of the impossibility of an amicable solution, the competent court in Rijeka is the competent court.
4. Cookie Policy
